To develop a coporate strategic plan and then cascade it into business unit plans to create a family of plans that share common, family, traits (A Strategic DNA). This service adapts the Strategic DNA methodology to suit the specific situation.
Outcomes
A comprehensive strategy is first prepared for the whole corporation that includes the corporate vision, strategy map, performance metrics & achievement targets and portfolio of corporate-wide initiatives. This corporate strategy is then used as a framework for each business unit in the preparation of their subsidiary strategies (also including strategy maps, metrics & targets, and business unit initiatives) and their implementation plans and schedules. The family of business unit plans can then be reviewed, revised and approved as a whole in the context of the corporate strategy. The process can be repeated for multiple levels of very large organizations.
